Ellena is from Albuquerque, New Mexico but has lived in Page for over 35 years. She has a bachelor’s degree in art education from the University of New Mexico, and a master’s degree in art from Northern Arizona University. An educator for over 30 years, Ellena has taught art and Spanish at many levels. In addition, she has completed a 200 hour Yoga Instruction certification from Shoshoni Yoga in Colorado.
In addition to her work at Tse’Yaato’, she loves being with her husband, teaching yoga, gardening and hiking with her dog and friends.
